FACULTY Pay it ForwardJOIN US IN 2016!

ACPA – College Student Educators International is offering ACPA Member Faculty two complimentary registrations to our 2016 Convention in Montréal, Québec, Canada, Sunday, 6 March - Wednesday, 9 March 2016. One registration is for you and the other is for you to Pay it Forward to an undergraduate or graduate student on your campus.

To accept this complimentary registration, you have three quick and easy tasks to complete.

  1. Identify an undergraduate or graduate student on your campus who is not an ACPA member and who has never attended ACPA's Annual Convention.
  2. Text, e-mail, Facebook or call the student and share that you are "Paying it Forward" with a complimentary registration to ACPA’s Annual Convention in Montréal, Québec, Canada (student and your registrations are funded by ACPA). Determine that the student wants to attend and is ready to register.
  3. Call Schawn Walters, ACPA Expeditor, Global Community Interchange at 202-759-4830. Please have the student name, email address, and cell phone number available when you make the call.

If you cannot attend, please pass this Pay It Forward offer to another faculty member on your campus or at another location who has not attended Convention and who is not an ACPA member and let them Pay It Forward to a student.  If you are passing your registration forward, please contact Schawn Walters at 202-759-4830 and let her know the name of the recipient. We will issue a new Pay it Forward invitation to their email address.

If you have already registered, we will provide a refund or you can choose to Pay It Forward twice with your investment and we will provide registration to a second student you identify.  This student may be one who is currently an ACPA member or who has attended Convention in the past.

ACPA Pay It Forward is our way of saying how much we appreciate your commitment to our profession.  You are doing the vigorous, continual nurturing of students every day and this is our chance to nurture you as well.

This is also our way of helping relieve some of the burden of college expense that may stop emerging professionals from the extraordinary experience of Convention and our community.

Thank you for everything you do and for helping us pay it forward to our next generation of student affairs professionals.
