Dr. Cindi Love, Executive Director

Today is Memorial Day in the United States, a federal holiday for remembering people who died while serving in the country's armed forces.  Originally, this day of remembrance was known as Declaration Day and originated after the American Civil War to commemorate the Union and Confederate solders who died in that war.  S.M Sigerson provides a moment of reflection for us today as we remember and consider situations around the world and in our own nation.

History repeats itself.  As do the methods used by those specializing in the elimination of leaders who unite people into a strong force for dignity, justice and self determination.
