ACPA-College Student Educators International is pleased to launch the first of several Integrative Inquiry resources!
We've partnered with Dr. Marilee Bresciani Ludvik on a host of great resources that we will be releasing this spring! The first are four INIQ short course options, offered via a Mobile Ap! Integrative Inquiry (INIQ) is a neuroscience-based training program where participants (who engage fully in the daily practices) can expect to see increased focus on demand, increased emotional awareness and resilience, decreased stress and anxiety, increased compassion for self and others, and increased awareness of the choices they make and the consequences their choices create.
