Recently described as "a game changer for organizations and society," the GDIB is being used in large, medium and small organizations in various sectors, industries, and regions around the world to improve institutional performance and catalyze positive social change. The co-authors, Julie O'Mara and Alan Richter, Ph.D., grant permission for campus use at no charge. We are honored and delighted to partner with them in providing this extraordinary platform for assessing and achieving the values of equity and inclusion in campus communities.
