Jermaine DavisJermaine M. Davis, Ed.D.

The son of Carolyn “Charmaine” Davis, a single mother of four children, this remarkable and engaging educator grew up on the west side of Chicago in the Henry Horner’s housing projects. After the unfortunate loss of six family members to violent deaths, Jermaine began studying communication principles and success strategies. This gifted orator began his career in corporate America as a snack food sales representative before honoring his vocation and following his passion for teaching individuals to communicate appropriately, competently and effectively. Jermaine has authored and co-authored 10 books and is the CEO and founder of Seminars & Workshops, Inc. and The Stand Out Leadership Company. Hoan DoHoan Do

Packing a powerful punch, Hoan Do is a student success coach, author, and competitor on NBC’s hit show, American Ninja Warrior. From an early age, Hoan was conscious of the sacrifices his parents had made in their escape to the United States during the Vietnam War in pursuit of the American Dream.  Feeling indebted to his parents for their courageous pursuit of a better life, Hoan vowed to ensure that one day, he would be able to take care of his parents.  Recognized as one of the best youth mentor by the International Examiner, Hoan travels across North America speaking sharing practical advice to help students succeed in college and in the “real world.” His engaging style and ability to share important life and leadership lessons in a way resonating with college students, earned him the Verizon Wireless Motivator Award.

Nancy Hunter-DennyNancy Hunter Denney

Unable to contain her entrepreneurial spirit, Ms. Denney resigned from higher education student affairs after twelve years to become a full-time professional speaker and write her own definition of “having it all.” With presentations at hundreds of state, regional and national leadership and professional development conferences, as well as on over 900 college campuses, she has earned a reputation for humorously challenging audiences to raise their personal expectations and standards for life and leadership.  With energy to spare, she is the author or co-author of six books, owns her own publishing company, and is the founder of the recently launched premier collegiate leadership conference called Lead365.  Committed to the service of others, Ms. Denney currently serves on the Board of Directors for Missions for Humanity – a nonprofit dedicated to providing medical care to third world countries. In addition, Ms. Denney founded the Lead365 Foundation – a non-profit dedicated to supporting leadership conference attendance to those who normally would not have the resources to travel.
