Chair

Steven (he/him/his) is the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Student Programs at the University of Kansas School of Business and a doctoral student in the Higher Education Administration program in the KU School of Education. As the Chair, Steven provides leadership and management for the 2020-2021 PAN Directorate Board.

Monique C. Atherley

Immediate Past Chair

Monique (she/her/hers) is a Doctoral Candidate at St. John Fisher College, Program Manager at LaGuardia Community College, Adjunct Faculty at the CUNY School of Professional Studies, and the Founder/CEO of The Atherley Power Group. In her role as Immediate Past Chair provides guidance and support for the Pan African Network.

Ja'Mahl (he/him/his) is the Associate Director for the Martin Luther King Center at the University of Kentucky, and serves as the Chair-Elect for the 2019-2020 convention year.

Angelica Smith

Executive Secretary

Angelica (she/her/hers) is a Community Director at Butler University. She serves as PAN's Executive Secretary, offering great support to us keeping our administrative house in order. 

Ron Alexander

Ron (he/him/jhis) is the Assistant Director of Residential Life and Student Conduct at Northwestern University. He serves as a co-chair of the PAN Awards committee.

Anthony Wright

Anthony (he/him/his) is the Leadership Development Program Coordinator in the Office of Student Life and Leadership at the University of North Carolina. He serves a co-chair of the PAN Awards Committee. 

Darius Edwards

Community Outreach and Civic Engagement Committee Co-Chair

Darius (he/him/his) is the Coordinator of Inclusive Communities and Social Justice Education in the Office of Residential Life at Stockton University. He also serves as a co-chair of the PAN Community Outreach and Civic Engagement (COCE) committee.

Taylor (she/her/hers) is a Diversity Officer in the School of Medicine and Health Sciences at The George Washington University. She serves as a co-chair for PAN's Community Outreach and Civic Engagement committee.

Brandon (he/him/his) is a Residence Hall Director at Loyola University - Chicago. He serves as co-chair of PAN's Foundations Mentoring Program.
