As our world becomes more globalized, student affairs professionals need to rise to the challenge to prepare students for life and work in a global society. This session explores the concept of intercultural maturity (based on King and Baxter Magolda's Developmental Model of Intercultural Maturity) and ways in which educators can foster students' development of intercultural maturity. Our session is geared towards practioners in all functional areas who are passionate about preparing students for meaningful lives in a global society.
